Michel Guendler Gruenberg

Born in Sao Paulo on June 5th, 1994, and raised in Porto Alegre, he currently lives in Toronto after a brief period in Uruguay. He is a lawyer, an Orthodox Rabbi, and a lover of antiques. It's a family tradition, especially blades. Married to Malka since 2018, he is the father of Sophia, born in the same year his book was published. He is also the author of 'Tradicao Centenaria - Primeiro manual de cutelaria antiga e moderna do Rio Grande do Sul' (Centennial Tradition - The First Guide to Historic and Modern Cutlery in Rio Grande do Sul), published in 2016.

Leandro Pazini

Born in Foz do Iguaçu on September 20th, 1975, into a family of knifemakers whose tradition dates back to 19th century Italy, Leandro Pazini is a pioneer in the Brazilian custom-cutlery market. He was among the select group of students who attended a course taught by Jerry Fisk in Brazil in 2001. Married to Viviane Porto, he became the father of Enzo in 2020. Renowned internationally, Pazini has sold knives all over the world, with order backlogs stretching almost three years.
